 All returns or exchanges must be sent back to Branded J Boutique within 7 business days of the DELIVERY date.Â
- returns are for store credit ONLY
- items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
- any damages must be reported within 3 days after receiving merchandise
- sale items are always FINAL
- Shipping and handling is non-refundable
- Branded J Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees on returns or exchanges
