 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 All returns or exchanges must be sent back to Branded J Boutique within 7 business days of the DELIVERY date. 

    • returns are for store credit ONLY
    • items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
    • any damages must be reported within 3 days after receiving merchandise
    • sale items are always FINAL
    • Shipping and handling is non-refundable
    • Branded J Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees on returns or exchanges
    • Please email your tracking information to brandedjboutique@yahoo.com so we can be on the lookout for your return!

  • We work very hard to get orders out diligently and quickly.
  • You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.

  • Branded J will NOT apply a discount code after checkout and payment has been processed.
